ICR-2LS Feature Tour

Find out what is in ICR-2LS. Take the feature tour to learn about some of the top features of this product.

Feature

Can load ICR, LCQ, TSQ and many more MS data file types into scopes. Scope features can be easily altered to suit user preferences.

ICR-2LS can load and display Finnigan TIC files and generate TIC files
from raw IRC data files, as well as co-add several data files from the features in TIC file.

Mass transform of a single spectrum and automated mass transform of large datasets

Allows mass transform of a single spectrum through the scope options menu. ICR-2LS also allows for automated mass transform of large datasets through a mass transform wizard. ICR-2LS can also process group of files using the batch processing option.
