MS/MS Spectra Preprocessor

This software can be used to generate or process .dta, _dta.txt and .mgf files. The spectra in the files can be tested against one of four filters: spectral quality, amino acid spacing, intensity threshold, and phosporylation neutral loss. New spectra files can be created that only contain spectra passing the filters.
